The Company has further informed that as per an interim order of the Honorable High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh in Company matter No. 50, it has postponed the date of EGM and AGM (which was scheduled to be held on 19.03.2016). The new date will be fixed according to future order of the Honorable High Court.
