In connection to the order of the Honorable High Court on the Company matter No. 1 of 2015, the Company has informed that the Board of Directors has decided to hold an EGM to increase the Authorized Capital of the Company from Tk. 50.00 crore to Tk. 100.00 crore by amending Clause V of the Memorandum of Association and some Articles of the Articles of Association of the Company subject to approval of the shareholders in the EGM.
