DSE NEWS: With reference to DSE earlier news on EGM and AGM of SHURWID dated 21.12.14, DSE would like to inform that DSE had disseminated the news of adjournment of 4th EGM and 10th AGM of the Company as per letter of Mr. Anis Ahmed, Chairman of the Company. Whereas another stakeholder/Director of the Company Engr. Mahmudul Hasan informed DSE that 4th EGM and 10th AGM were held on 20.12.14 as per schedule. Now, DSE is examining about the status of holding/adjournment of 4th EGM and 10th AGM of the Company.
