(Continuation news of SIBL): SIBL Mudaraba Perpetual Bond of BDT 500.00 crore into common share as per Bangladesh Bank's requirement (presently 4.50%) and stays below that level for three successive quarters. The Company also informed that the Board unanimously decided to increase the Authorized Capital of the Bank from Tk. 1,000.00 crore to Tk. 3,000.00 crore through amendment of the Clause-5 of the Memorandum of Association and Article-4 of the Articles of Association (cont. 2)
