Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 05.05.2022 regarding Issuance of SIBL 4th Mudaraba Subordinated Bond, the Company has further informed that Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission has accorded its consent to the Company for raising of capital through issuance of SIBL 4th Non-Convertible, Unsecured, Mudaraba Subordinated Floating Rate Bond of BDT 600.00 crore for 7 years through private placement.
