Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 25.04.2024 regarding dividend declaration, the company has further informed that they are yet to receive the consent for declaration of "Stock Dividend" from Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC). In this connection, the record date fixed on May 19, 2024 of the company shall be applicable only for Cash Dividend and AGM. The company shall notify another record date for entitlement of 5% Stock Dividend if BSEC approves the said dividend.
