Late M A Mannan, a Sponsor Shareholder of the company, passed away on 31.03.2021. The company has informed that 17,96,517 shares out of his total holding of 19,80,659 shares will be transferred to his nominees Dr. Reshmi Mannan Siddique and Dr. Galib Mannan, both are Sponsor Shareholders of the company, who will receive 6,10,816 shares and 11,85,701 shares respectively, by way of nomination.

কোম্পানির একজন স্পন্সর শেয়ারহোল্ডার প্রয়াত এম এ মান্নান ৩১.০৩.২০২১ তারিখে মারা যান। কোম্পানি জানিয়েছে যে তার মোট ১৯,৮০,৬৫৯টি শেয়ারের মধ্যে ১৭,৯৬,৫১৭টি শেয়ার তার মনোনীত ড. রেশমী মান্নান সিদ্দিক এবং ড. গালিব মান্নানের কাছে হস্তান্তর করা হবে, উভয়ই কোম্পানির স্পন্সর শেয়ারহোল্ডার, যারা মনোনয়নের মাধ্যমে যথাক্রমে ৬,১০,৮১৬টি শেয়ার এবং ১১,৮৫,৭০১টি শেয়ার পাবেন।
