Late Nargis Mannan, a Sponsor Shareholder of the company, passed away on 02.11.2022. The company has informed that 2,06,83,647 shares out of her total holding of 2,28,03,720 shares will be transferred to her nominees Dr. Reshmi Mannan Siddique and Dr. Galib Mannan, both are Sponsor Shareholders of the company, who will receive 70,32,440 shares and 1,36,51,207 shares respectively by way of nomination.

কোম্পানির একজন স্পন্সর শেয়ারহোল্ডার প্রয়াত নার্গিস মান্নান ০২.১১.২০২২ তারিখে মারা যান। কোম্পানি জানিয়েছে যে তার মোট ২,২৮,০৩,৭২০ শেয়ারের মধ্যে ২,০৬,৮৩,৬৪৭টি শেয়ার তার মনোনীত ডঃ রেশমী মান্নান সিদ্দিকী এবং ডঃ গালিব মান্নানের কাছে হস্তান্তর করা হবে, উভয়ই কোম্পানির স্পন্সর শেয়ারহোল্ডার, যারা মনোনয়নের মাধ্যমে যথাক্রমে ৭০,৩২,৪৪০ শেয়ার এবং ১,৩৬,৫১,২০৭ শেয়ার পাবেন।
