SICL Corporate Disclosure — 4 December 2024

The company has informed that the Board of Directors of the company in its meeting held on December 03, 2024 resolved to take the following action: In accordance with the Initial Public Offering (IPO) prospectus, the Floor Purchase Fund remains unused to date. The Board has therefore decided to propose investing the unused Floor Purchase Fund into Bangladesh Government Treasury Bond (BGTB), as outlined in Part-C, Clause-6 of the consent letter, subject to approval from General Meeting and BSEC.

কোম্পানি জানিয়েছে যে কোম্পানির পরিচালনা পর্ষদ তার 03 ডিসেম্বর, 2024-এ অনুষ্ঠিত সভায় নিম্নলিখিত পদক্ষেপ নেওয়ার সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছে: প্রাথমিক পাবলিক অফারিং (আইপিও) প্রসপেক্টাস অনুসারে, ফ্লোর পারচেজ ফান্ড আজ পর্যন্ত অব্যবহৃত রয়ে গেছে। বোর্ড তাই সাধারণ সভা এবং BSEC-এর অনুমোদন সাপেক্ষে, সম্মতি পত্রের পার্ট-সি, ক্লজ-6-এ বর্ণিত অব্যবহৃত ফ্লোর পারচেজ ফান্ডকে বাংলাদেশ সরকারি ট্রেজারি বন্ডে (বিজিটিবি) বিনিয়োগের প্রস্তাব করার সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছে।
