The Board of Directors has recommended 1.10% Cash Dividend for all shareholders excluding Directors for the year ended June 30, 2025. The Directors hold 36,615,370 shares out of the total 103,807,000 shares of the company and Cash Dividend payable to the General Shareholders, Independent Directors and Sponsors only is Tk. 7,391,079.00 for 67,191,630 shares.
