SILVAPHL 3% Cash Dividend

The Board of Directors has recommended 3% cash dividend for shareholders excluding the Sponsors/Directors (except 1.5% for ICB) for the year ended June 30, 2022. The Sponsors/Directors, who shall not be entitled to any cash dividend, hold 41,517,000 shares out of total 136,500,000 shares.
