Siddiqur Rahman, one of the Sponsors Directors of the Company has expressed his intention to transfer 30,32,205 shares out of his total holding of 1,69,63,049 shares to his son Mr. Neaz Rahman Shaqib, one of the Directors of the Company, by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange within 30 working days from the date of issuance of approval letter by DSE.
