(Continuation news of SIMTEX): Reasons for Significant Deviation: During the year due to impact of COVID-19 followed by Russia Ukraine War that has resulted recession in the target market of RMG sector who are buyers. The company has been suffering from slow recovery of receivables and cash collection which has resulted reduction of Net Operating Cash Flows per Share (NOCFPS) as compared to previous year.
