The auditor of the Simtex Industries Limited has given the "Emphasis of Matter" paragraphs in the auditor's report for the year ended June 30, 2022. Emphasis of Matter: We draw attention on the matters as disclosed below: 1. Cash payment above Tk. 50,000 should be avoided at any cost. 2.
