SIMTEX Record Date Disclosure

The company has requested the shareholders to update their 12 digits e-TIN Number, Bank Accounts, Address, Mobile Number in the BO Account through their respective Brokerage Houses/DPs before the record date i.e., November 24, 2024. If anyone fails to update their e-TIN information before the record date, disbursement of respective dividend will be subject to deduction of Advance Income Tax (AIT) at the rate of 15% instead of 10% (in the case of individual) (cont.1)
