(Continuation news of SINGERBD): being approximately 56.99% of the total share capital of the company, through holding 100% shares in the share capital of the majority Shareholders. However, and notwithstanding the foregoing, the majority shareholder will continue to be the sole legal and beneficial owner of the 43,707,183 shares of the company, constituting approximately 56.99% of the total share capital of the company and there will be no change in the shareholding of the company.
