Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 28.01.2025 regarding dividend declaration, the company has further informed that it will consider, if thought fit, to pass the following resolution as a Special Business in the upcoming AGM of the company to be held on April 22, 2025. Special Business: "RESOLVED that the shareholders of Singer Bangladesh Limited hereby approved the addition of tangible assets for Taka 6,038,891,163 (cont.1)
