(Continuation news of SINOBANGLA): against 02 (Two) existing shares held on the record date for entitlement of rights share. The purpose of issuance of Rights Shares is for loan repayment and purchasing capital machinery. The Record Date for entitlement of rights share, the period of subscription and the list of Bankers to the issue will be notified within 03(three) working days as per the Securities and Exchange Commission (Rights Issue) Rules, 2006.
