SIPLC Corporate Disclosure — 7 July 2022

The Company has informed that the Board of Directors has completed the process of the purchase agreement of commercial floor space measuring 6,992 square feet located at Level-9 of Sena Kalyan Business Mart, 218/C Tejgaon I/A, Dhaka-1208 at a total cost of BDT 12,53,60,000.00 (excluding the registration & other development expenses) with two car parking in the name of Sena Kalyan Insurance Company Limited. The money has been paid from the IPO & Company's own fund of the company.

কোম্পানি জানিয়েছে যে পরিচালনা পর্ষদ সেনা কল্যাণ বিজনেস মার্ট, 218/C তেজগাঁও I/A, ঢাকা-1208-এর লেভেল-9-এ অবস্থিত 6,992 বর্গফুট পরিমাপের বাণিজ্যিক ফ্লোর স্পেস ক্রয় চুক্তির প্রক্রিয়া সম্পন্ন করেছে। সেনা কল্যাণ ইন্স্যুরেন্স কোম্পানি লিমিটেডের নামে দুটি গাড়ি পার্কিং সহ 12,53,60,000.00 টাকা (রেজিস্ট্রেশন এবং অন্যান্য উন্নয়ন খরচ ব্যতীত) খরচ। কোম্পানির আইপিও অ্যান্ড কোম্পানির নিজস্ব তহবিল থেকে টাকা পরিশোধ করা হয়েছে।
