(Cont. news of SKICL): Changing the name of the company: To change the name of the Company as 'Sena Insurance PLC.' instead of 'Sena Kalyan Insurance Company Limited' and the short form of the Company would be SIPLC instead of SKICL. Accordingly, the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company would be amended, subject to prior approval from Insurance Development and Regulatory Authority (IDRA) and subsequent approval from the shareholders.
