Dhaka Stock Exchange PLC. (DSE) has approved the proposed name change of the Company. Accordingly, the name of the Company will be 'Sena Insurance PLC' instead of 'Sena Kalyan Insurance Company Limited' and DSE Trading Code for Sena Insurance PLC will be "SIPLC" instead of "SKICL" with effect from September 09, 2024. Other things (except name and trading code) will remain unchanged.
