Brokers Asked to Suspend Margin Loans for SIPLC Shares

The company has requested the concerned brokerage houses to provide with a statement with the details (shareholders name, BO ID number, e-TIN number, gross dividend receivable, applicable tax rate, and net dividend receivable) of their margin loan holders who hold shares of the Company as on the Record Date, along with the name of the contact person in this connection. The brokerage houses are also requested to provide with their bank account name, number, routing number etc. on or before 20 March 2025.

কোম্পানিটি সংশ্লিষ্ট ব্রোকারেজ হাউসগুলিকে তাদের মার্জিন ঋণধারীদের, যারা রেকর্ড ডেটে কোম্পানির শেয়ার ধারণ করেন, তাদের বিস্তারিত তথ্য (শেয়ারহোল্ডারদের নাম, বিও আইডি নম্বর, ই-টিআইএন নম্বর, প্রাপ্য মোট লভ্যাংশ, প্রযোজ্য কর হার এবং প্রাপ্য নেট লভ্যাংশ) এবং এই বিষয়ে যোগাযোগকারী ব্যক্তির নাম সহ একটি বিবৃতি প্রদানের জন্য অনুরোধ করেছে। ব্রোকারেজ হাউসগুলিকে ২০ মার্চ ২০২৫ তারিখের মধ্যে বা তার আগে তাদের ব্যাংক অ্যাকাউন্টের নাম, নম্বর, রাউটিং নম্বর ইত্যাদি সরবরাহ করার জন্যও অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে।
