SKTRIMS Board to Review Q2–Q3 Results for FY 2025–26 on 24 September 2026

As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on September 24, 2026, to consider, among others, the Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Second Quarter (Q2) ended December 31, 2025, at 4:00 p.m., and the Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Third Quarter (Q3) ended March 31, 2026, at 4:30 p.m.

ঢাকা স্টক এক্সচেঞ্জ (লিস্টিং) রেগুলেশন, 2015 এর রেগুলেশন 16(1) অনুসারে, কোম্পানি জানিয়েছে যে পরিচালনা পর্ষদের একটি সভা 24 সেপ্টেম্বর, 2026 তারিখে অনুষ্ঠিত হবে, যেখানে অন্যান্য বিষয়ের মধ্যে 31 ডিসেম্বর, 2025 তারিখে সমাপ্ত দ্বিতীয় ত্রৈমাসিকের (Q2) নিরীক্ষাবিহীন আর্থিক বিবরণী এবং 31 মার্চ, 2026 তারিখে সমাপ্ত তৃতীয় ত্রৈমাসিকের (Q3) নিরীক্ষাবিহীন আর্থিক বিবরণী 4:30 মিনিটে বিবেচনা করা হবে।
