The company has informed that the Hon'ble High Court Division of Bangladesh Supreme Court has given its consent and direction to the company to hold its AGM for the year 2022-2023 within 60 (sixty) days from the date of drawing up of the judgement on 24.03.2024. The record date and the AGM date will be informed shortly complying the all the rules and regulations promulgated by Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission and Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulation, 2015.
