The Company has further informed that due to unavoidable circumstances the Board meeting under LR 19(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, will be held on November 18, 2024 at 5:30 PM instead of November 14, 2024 at 4:30 PM to consider, among others, audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended December 31, 2023.
