SONALILIFE Announces Management Change

The administrator of the company has informed that as per Regulation no. 19 of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015 and section 189 of Company Law 1994, the company is supposed to authenticate the Financial Statements & adopt the same by the Board of Directors. Under a special circumstance, the Board of the company has been suspended as well as an Administrator has been appointed as per letter dated 18.04.2024 of Insurance Development & Regulatory Authority (IDRA). কোম্পানীর প্রশাসক জানিয়েছেন যে প্রবিধান নং অনুযায়ী। ঢাকা স্টক এক্সচেঞ্জ (লিস্টিং) রেগুলেশন, 2015 এর 19 এবং কোম্পানি আইন 1994 এর ধারা 189 অনুযায়ী, কোম্পানির আর্থিক বিবৃতিগুলিকে প্রমাণীকরণ করার এবং পরিচালনা পর্ষদের দ্বারা এটি গ্রহণ করার কথা। একটি বিশেষ পরিস্থিতিতে, বীমা উন্নয়ন ও নিয়ন্ত্রণ কর্তৃপক্ষ (IDRA) এর 18.04.2024 তারিখের চিঠি অনুসারে কোম্পানির বোর্ড স্থগিত করা হয়েছে এবং একজন প্রশাসক নিয়োগ করা হয়েছে৷ (চলবে)
