(Continuation news of SONARBAINS): 2) The Company's subsidiary, Sonar Bangla Capital Management, has equity worth BDT 94,116,000 as Share Money Deposit. The subsidiary has held on to these deposits and not converted them into paid-up share capital within six (6) months of receiving the funds which is a non-compliance of Financial Reporting Council Bangladesh Circular 2020/01 dated 11 February 2020.
