Motaleb Hossain, Mr. Sheikh Kabir Hossain and Md. Ruhul Amin, all are Sponsors Directors of the Company, have further reported that they have completed their buy of 3,20,000, 1,00,000, 50,000 and 30,000 shares respectively of the Company at prevailing market price through Stock Exchange as per declaration disseminated on 26 June 2019.
