The Company has informed that Mr. Sheikh Kabir Hossain, one of the Sponsor Directors of the Company, passed away on 14.02.2026. His holdings of 1,126,535 shares of the Company will be transmitted to the account of his nominee, Mrs. Masuda Kabir (Wife of late Mr. Sheikh Kabir Hossain), General Shareholder of the Company by way of nomination.

কোম্পানি জানিয়েছে যে, কোম্পানির অন্যতম স্পনসর ডিরেক্টর জনাব শেখ কবির হোসেন গত ১৪.০২.২০২৬ তারিখে মৃত্যুবরণ করেছেন। মনোনয়নের মাধ্যমে তাঁর মালিকানাধীন কোম্পানির ১,১২৬,৫৩৫টি শেয়ার তাঁর মনোনীত ব্যক্তি, কোম্পানির সাধারণ শেয়ারহোল্ডার শ্রীমতী মাসুদা কবিরের (প্রয়াত জনাব শেখ কবির হোসেনের স্ত্রী) অ্যাকাউন্টে হস্তান্তর করা হবে।
