The Company has further informed that 1,126,535 shares of the Company, held by Late Mr. Sheikh Kabir Hossain, a Sponsor Director of the Company, have been transmitted to the BO account of his nominee, Mrs. Masuda Kabir (Wife of late Mr. Sheikh Kabir Hossain), General Shareholder of the Company by way of nomination as per the news disseminated by DSE on June 29, 2026.

কোম্পানি আরও জানিয়েছে যে, ডিএসই কর্তৃক ২৯ জুন, ২০২৬ তারিখে প্রচারিত সংবাদ অনুযায়ী, কোম্পানির স্পনসর ডিরেক্টর মরহুম জনাব শেখ কবির হোসেনের মালিকানাধীন কোম্পানির ১,১২৬,৫৩৫টি শেয়ার মনোনয়নের মাধ্যমে তাঁর মনোনীত ব্যক্তি ও কোম্পানির সাধারণ শেয়ারহোল্ডার শ্রীমতী মাসুদা কবিরের (মরহুম জনাব শেখ কবির হোসেনের স্ত্রী) বিও অ্যাকাউন্টে স্থানান্তর করা হয়েছে।
