(Basis for Qualified Opinion): The auditor of the company has given the following Basis for Qualified Opinion in the audit report of the company for the year ended on 31 December 2013: "Basis for Qualified Opinion" We could not verify quantity, quality and existence of inventory balances of Tk. 831,567,976 as on 31 December 2013. However, we have relied up on the management's certification on quality, quantity existence and valuation of the inventories as on 31 December 2013.
