The auditor of the Sonargaon Textiles Ltd. has given the "Qualified Opinion", "Emphasis of Matter" and "Going Concern" paragraphs in the Auditor's Report for the year ended 30 June 2022. Basis for Qualified Opinion: The Company's bank accounts are attached by the National Board of Revenue of Bangladesh.
