The Company has informed that BSEC has given consent to raise capital amounting to Tk. 500.00 crore through issuance of 7-Year Floating Rate Non-Convertible Subordinated Bond through Private placement as per provisions of the Securities and Exchange Commission (Private Placement of Debt Securities) Rules, 2012. The purpose of issuance of the Bond is to increase the Tier-II Capital of the Company and its Issue price will be 100% at par.
