Riza and Begum Rahima Khatun Ahad, both are Sponsors of the Company, have further reported that they have completed their sale of 12,25,000 and 1,25,000 shares of the Company respectively, while Alamgir Kabir FCA, one of the Sponsors/Directors of the Company, has reported that he has completed his buy of (12,25,000+1,25,000) shares i.e total 13,50,000 shares of the Company at prevailing market price through Stock Exchange as announced earlier.
