The Company has informed that BSEC has accorded consent for raising Tier-II capital amounting BDT 500.00 Crore only through issuance of 7 years Non-Convertible Unsecured Floating Rate Subordinated Bond as per provisions of the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (Debt Securities) Rules, 2021. The purpose of issuance of the Bond is to increase the Tier-II Capital of the Bank.
