SOUTHEASTB Corporate Disclosure — 7 February 2023

Dhaka Stock Exchange Limited (DSE) has accorded its consent to transfer 6,00,000 shares (as per court order) of Southeast Bank Limited outside the trading system of the exchange from Syed Shahid Ali (the transferor), one of the Sponsors of the Company to Exim Bank Ltd., Motijheel Branch (the transferee) within 30 working days from the date of issuance of approval letter by DSE, under Regulation - 47 and 57(2) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015.

ঢাকা স্টক এক্সচেঞ্জ লিমিটেড (ডিএসই) সাউথইস্ট ব্যাংক লিমিটেডের 6,00,000 শেয়ার (আদালতের আদেশ অনুসারে) এক্সচেঞ্জের ট্রেডিং সিস্টেমের বাইরে কোম্পানির অন্যতম পৃষ্ঠপোষক সৈয়দ শহীদ আলীর (হস্তান্তরকারী) কাছ থেকে হস্তান্তর করার সম্মতি দিয়েছে। ঢাকা স্টক এক্সচেঞ্জ (লিস্টিং) রেগুলেশন, 2015 এর রেগুলেশন - 47 এবং 57(2) এর অধীনে ডিএসই কর্তৃক অনুমোদন পত্র জারির তারিখ থেকে 30 কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে এক্সিম ব্যাংক লিমিটেড, মতিঝিল শাখাকে (স্থানান্তরকারী)।
