(Continuation news of SOUTHEASTB): respectively for the year ended December 31, 2021. NOCFPS has been decreased due to decrease of deposits and borrowings from the company, and increase of loans and advances. Disclosures on recommendation of stock dividend: i) Stock Dividend has been recommended to strengthen the capital base of the Company to comply with the regulatory requirements and to support the business growth. ii) Stock Dividend has been declared out of accumulated profit.
