Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 23.07.2023 regarding sale declaration of Mrs. Rehana Kashem, one of the Sponsors of the company, who expressed her intention to sell 20,00,000 shares of the Company. In this respect BSEC has allowed time extension including restricted period for selling the remaining 17,16,000 shares out of the declared shares of the above sponsor of the company till January 31, 2024. As such, time has been extended up to January 31, 2024 for selling the mentioned shares.
