SOUTHEASTB Dividend Disclosure

(Cont. news of SOUTHEASTB): Tk. 1.36 (restated), Tk. 24.87 and Tk. (13.17) respectively for the year ended December 31, 2022. The Company also informed that- i) Stock Dividend has been recommended to strengthen the capital base of the Company to comply with the regulatory requirements and to support the business growth. ii) Stock Dividend is declared out of accumulated profit. iii) Stock Dividend is not declared from capital reserve or revaluation reserve (cont.2)

(সাউথইস্টবি এর ধারাবাহিক খবর): টাকা। 1.36 (পুনরায়), টাকা 24.87 এবং টাকা (13.17) যথাক্রমে 31 ডিসেম্বর, 2022 সমাপ্ত বছরের জন্য। কোম্পানি আরও জানিয়েছে যে- i) নিয়ন্ত্রক প্রয়োজনীয়তাগুলি মেনে চলতে এবং ব্যবসার বৃদ্ধিকে সমর্থন করার জন্য কোম্পানির মূলধনের ভিত্তি শক্তিশালী করার জন্য স্টক ডিভিডেন্ড সুপারিশ করা হয়েছে। ii) পুঞ্জীভূত লাভের বাইরে স্টক ডিভিডেন্ড ঘোষণা করা হয়। iii) স্টক ডিভিডেন্ড ক্যাপিটাল রিজার্ভ বা রিভালুয়েশন রিজার্ভ থেকে ঘোষণা করা হয় না (আনুষঙ্গিক 2)
