Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 27.04.2025 regarding the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank for approval of Audited Financial Statements for the year ended on 31st December 2024. In this regard the bank has applied to Bangladesh Bank for permission to declare Dividend for the year ended on 31st December, 2024, in compliance with the DOS Circular No. 01 dated 07 February, 2021 and subsequent the DOS (cont.)

৩১ ডিসেম্বর ২০২৪ তারিখে সমাপ্ত বছরের জন্য নিরীক্ষিত আর্থিক বিবরণী অনুমোদনের জন্য ব্যাংকের পরিচালনা পর্ষদের সভা সম্পর্কে ২৭.০৪.২০২৫ তারিখে ডিএসই কর্তৃক প্রকাশিত তাদের পূর্ববর্তী সংবাদটি দেখুন। এই বিষয়ে ব্যাংকটি ৭ ফেব্রুয়ারী, ২০২১ তারিখের ডিওএস সার্কুলার নং ০১ এবং পরবর্তী ডিওএস (চলমান) অনুসারে ৩১ ডিসেম্বর, ২০২৪ তারিখে সমাপ্ত বছরের জন্য লভ্যাংশ ঘোষণার অনুমতির জন্য বাংলাদেশ ব্যাংকের কাছে আবেদন করেছে।
