SOUTHEASTB Board Meeting on 21 May 2026

Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 30.04.2026 regarding dividend declaration, the company has further informed that the Board of Directors in its meeting held on May 21, 2026 has rescheduled the date of AGM which will be held on July 23, 2026 instead of July 16, 2026. Other things regarding the AGM will remain unchanged.

৩০.০৪.২০২৬ তারিখে ডিএসই কর্তৃক প্রচারিত লভ্যাংশ ঘোষণা সংক্রান্ত পূর্ববর্তী সংবাদের পরিপ্রেক্ষিতে, কোম্পানিটি আরও জানিয়েছে যে, পরিচালনা পর্ষদ তার ২১ মে, ২০২৬ তারিখে অনুষ্ঠিত সভায় বার্ষিক সাধারণ সভার (এজিএম) তারিখ পুনঃনির্ধারণ করেছে, যা ১৬ জুলাই, ২০২৬-এর পরিবর্তে ২৩ জুলাই, ২০২৬ তারিখে অনুষ্ঠিত হবে। এজিএম সংক্রান্ত অন্যান্য বিষয় অপরিবর্তিত থাকবে।
