The Company has informed that Bangladesh Power Development Board (BPDB) has issued a Letter of Intent (LOI) to Midland Power Company Limited (49% Associate of Shahjibazar Power Company Limited) dated August 10, 2017 for implementing HFO fired IPP power plant having capacity of 150 MW on BOO (Build, Own, Operate) basis of Ashugonj, Brahmanbaria for the term of 15 years from the commercial operation date (COD).
