The Company has further informed that due to unavoidable circumstances, the 07th AGM of the Company will now be held in Bashundhara Convention City (Gulnaksha), Joarshahara near 300 Feet Purbachal Link Road, Khilkhet, Dhaka-1229 instead of Factory Premises of the Company at Fatepur, Shahjibazar, Madhabpur, Hobigonj. Other information of the AGM as announced earlier.
