BSEC NEWS: Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) has imposed penalty of Tk. 10.00 lac to each Director and Tk. 5.00 lac to Managing Director of the Company for violating Securities Rules by providing misleading facts in the un-audited quarterly accounts for the 3rd quarter ended on March 31, 2014. (As per Press Release of BSEC dated October 29, 2014).
