SPCL Corporate Disclosure — 12 October 2022

(continuation news of SPCL): gasolines i.e. Octane and Petrol from the imported raw materials instead of previous gazette price of same products. As per the gazette Price Fixation Formula will be: a) Diesel/Octane price shall be fixed after adding average premium applicable for Diesel/Octane, Import Duty, River Dues, Bank Charge (LC Commission), Financing Charge and Operational Loss with average of PLATTS rate (MOPAG) of immediate preceding month less 1% discount before VAT (Cont.2)

(এসপিসিএলের ধারাবাহিকতার খবর): একই পণ্যের আগের গেজেট মূল্যের পরিবর্তে আমদানি করা কাঁচামাল থেকে পেট্রল অর্থাৎ অকটেন এবং পেট্রোল। গেজেট অনুসারে মূল্য নির্ধারণের সূত্র হবে: ক) ডিজেল/অকটেনের জন্য প্রযোজ্য গড় প্রিমিয়াম, আমদানি শুল্ক, নদীর বকেয়া, ব্যাঙ্ক চার্জ (এলসি কমিশন), ফিনান্সিং চার্জ এবং অপারেশনাল লসের গড় যোগ করার পরে ডিজেল/অকটেনের দাম নির্ধারণ করা হবে। PLATTS রেট (MOPAG) তাৎক্ষণিক আগের মাসের ভ্যাট আগে 1% কম ছাড় (Cont.2)
