SPCL Corporate Disclosure — 12 October 2022

(continuation news of SPCL): price of Petrol shall be fixed after deducting Tk. 4.00 per liter from the Octane price/Liter fixed by applying the above formula. Applicable VAT rate shall be added with the supply price and purchase price for Octane/Diesel shall be fixed thereafter. In the event of settling the value through L/C, the Bank charge (L/C Commission) component of the above formula shall not be applicable. (Cont. 4)

(এসপিসিএলের ধারাবাহিক সংবাদ): পেট্রোলের দাম 10 টাকা কেটে নেওয়ার পর নির্ধারণ করা হবে। উপরোক্ত সূত্র প্রয়োগ করে অক্টেন মূল্য/লিটার থেকে প্রতি লিটার 4.00। সরবরাহ মূল্যের সাথে প্রযোজ্য ভ্যাট হার যোগ করা হবে এবং অকটেন/ডিজেলের ক্রয় মূল্য তারপরে স্থির করা হবে। L/C এর মাধ্যমে মূল্য নিষ্পত্তির ক্ষেত্রে, উপরের সূত্রের ব্যাঙ্ক চার্জ (L/C কমিশন) উপাদান প্রযোজ্য হবে না। (চলতি 4)
