(Continuation news of SQURPHARMA): The Board of Directors also approved the Debt-Equity ratio @ 60:40 and expected time to start the business of Samson Pharma Inc. by April 2024. The Board of Directors further approved an agreement with M/S General Pharmaceuticals Ltd., Dhaka, Bangladesh, for contract manufacturing of products on behalf of the Company to meet the increased demand for an existing product.
