(cont. of SSSTEEL): The company has henceforth signed a mandate agreement with The City Bank Ltd. to arrange financing of up to Tk. 200 crore as Term Loan facility and Tk. 100 crore as Working Capital facility from a consortium of Bank and Financial Institutions in order to finance the said acquisition in form of a leveraged buyout.
