(Continuation news of S. S. Steel Limited): However, S.S. Steel Limited did not contribute any fund to the Bangladesh Workers' Welfare Foundation Fund, a non-compliance of the aforesaid section. 3. As per Section 99 of the Bangladesh Labour Act 2006 and as amended, the following is required "In the establishments wherein minimum of 100 permanent workers are employed, must introduce group insurance in the manner prescribed by rules".
