The auditor of the S. S. Steel Limited has given the "Qualified Opinion" & "Emphasis of Matter" paragraphs in the Auditor's Report for the year ended on 30 June 2020. Qualified Opinion: 1. Reference to Note # 15, "Deferred tax liabilities" includes Taka 300,594,882 remained unverified/unaudited because of unavailability of documents relating to tax base carrying amount. As a result, the compliance with IAS-12 Income Taxes in regard of confirming the deferred tax liabilities remains unconcluded. (cont.1)
